Book a Meeting Room
Conference Room
Our downstairs conference/meeting room is a great space for meetings that include 4-6 people. The room has a big screen TV with an HDMI cable and a Google Chromecast installed for presentations, as well as a large whiteboard. Conference room rentals are currently available for a maximum period of two hours. Your rental will also grant you access to our high-speed WiFi, our kitchen area, and free coffee for you and your guests. This room is available to members at all times (based on availability) for free and is available to non-members for $15 an hour, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The Lounge
Our lounge is set up with comfortable couches, a remote-controlled gas fireplace, and is conducive toward relaxing and enjoying social get-togethers. We also have a whiteboard set up for presentations. The lounge is available to be reserved by members at any time for free (based on availability) and to non-members for $20/hr, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The lounge is available to be reserved for a maximum of two hours consecutively. (Note: If you’re interested in reserving the lounge for an event outside our normal hours, please email us at info@coworkgloucesterva.com to discuss the possibility.)
Large Meeting Room
Our large meeting room is available to rent for EVENINGS (after 5:30pm) and WEEKENDS (anytime Saturday or Sunday). We have an 8ft by 4ft whiteboard and a large, flat screen TV available for presentations.

(Important Note: Our system is currently not set up to only allow bookings on weekday evenings and weekend all day, so please do keep your bookings for those days/times only or they will be declined.
Also, please be aware that this room is UPSTAIRS. We do have meeting spaces that are ADA compliant, and this is, unfortunately, not one of them.)
